Cancellation by the customer. Up to 24 hours in advance: Full refund or free rescheduling. Less than 24 hours: Possible rescheduling, subject to availability. Cancellation by Easy Adventures S.L. In case of unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety, force majeure), we offer:  → Rescheduling the activity  → Or a full refund No show • If the customer does not show up and gives no notice, no refund will be issued • We will try to offer a rescheduling if possible Booking modifications • Date/time can be changed with at least 24 hours' notice • Changes with less than 24 hours are subject to availability • No penalty if changes are communicated in advance Check the full terms and conditions on our website.
