INTERNAL PARTICIPATION RULES AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Participation in activities organized by EasyAdventures, S.L. is subject to the natural environment in which they take place, as well as the physical and mental condition of each participant (weather conditions, river flow, wind, body build, mental state, personal equipment, etc.). The company may cancel, modify, or postpone an activity, even at the time of its commencement, if weather conditions or any other circumstances so require. In case of cancellation on the same day of the activity, the client may choose a new date.

All activities are subject to a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not met, Easy Adventures, S.L. may cancel the activity, offering the client the option to reschedule or receive a refund of the amount paid.

Easy Adventures, S.L. assumes responsibility for the activity from its start, and is covered by civil liability and accident insurance. However, each participant is responsible for their own conduct and actions.

Clients must inform the company in advance of any relevant medical conditions: pregnancy, disabilities, allergies, cardiovascular diseases, or any others that may pose a risk to themselves or others.

The company reserves the right to prevent participation if the client does not meet the physical, technical, or equipment requirements. For the same reasons, activity schedules may also be modified or delayed.

Participation under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that may impair reaction time is not allowed. Smoking is also prohibited during the activities.

Participants who wear prosthetics, glasses, or contact lenses do so at their own risk and are responsible for any resulting damage.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult, legal guardian, teacher, or responsible monitor. Otherwise, a signed authorization from the legal guardian must be presented.

Before starting the activity, monitors will provide an informative talk covering the itinerary, equipment use, safety rules, environmental care, etc. Clients must read and understand the activity's technical information sheet, which can be requested by email or provided by phone.

The company may use, with the prior consent of the client, images taken during the activities for promotional purposes (website, social media, brochures, etc.).

Participants agree to follow the monitors’ instructions and comply with all safety regulations. Outdoor activities involve certain inherent risks (sprains, sunburns, etc.), so claims arising from accidental damages will not be accepted.

Activities are carried out in groups, requiring adaptation to the level of the least experienced participant. By signing up, paying, or signing any documentation, the client acknowledges and accepts these conditions.

Knowing how to swim is mandatory for participation in water-based or combined activities.

EasyAdventures, S.L. is not responsible for accidents that occur before or after the activity.

Participants are expected to cooperate with the group and technical staff when requested. Under no circumstances should they assume the duties or responsibilities of guides, monitors, or technicians. Arrogant or overly competitive behavior that disrupts group harmony must be avoided.

Participants should be well-informed about the activity and ensure it aligns with their personal capabilities and interests. Transportation to the meeting point is the participant’s responsibility, and they must arrive early enough to avoid delays.

Any issues during travel (nausea, weakness, medications, etc.) must be communicated to the staff before the activity begins.

Activities are subject to changes due to weather conditions or group characteristics. The company may alter schedules and routes for safety reasons. In such cases, no refunds will be given, but a change of date will be offered at no additional cost.

In exceptional and justified personal circumstances, if the activity has not yet started, a refund may be requested with the following deductions:

  • Travel expenses: €20

  • Lead guide: €100 / Assistant guide: €50

  • Mandatory insurance (non-refundable): €5/person

Each activity will list the required equipment. If a participant lacks essential gear, the organization may delay or suspend their participation, or proceed without them if the lack is the client's responsibility.

The pre-activity briefing is considered part of the service. The client must pay attention and carefully follow the instructions given by the responsible staff. Access to hazardous areas (steep slopes, currents, caves, ice, etc.) without explicit authorization is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate exclusion without refund.

Safety equipment must be used correctly throughout the activity. The client is responsible for the assigned equipment and must report any damage or loss. In case of negligence, replacement or reimbursement of the item’s value may be required.
